Rhonda, Master Chandler, and CEO of Soleil Candle Collections has successfully grown her 

business nationally, through grass roots efforts, hard work, and networking.

She continues to achieve her personal mission through extending economic opportunities which allows fellow community members to share in the success that her business is thankful to have. 

Although supporting independent businesses and vendors has been a highlight of Rhonda’s community support efforts for quite some time, Black Wall Street Pop-Up was formally established in January 2022
